What to expect with LIFT by Mira
Included in LIFT by Mira is:
- 60+ exercises
- Glute sculpting & strengthening focus
- Detailed workout schedule that repeats every 6 weeks
- Combination of resistance training, cardio, and flexibility
- Instructional videos and step-by-step guides
In LIFT by Mira, you will perform 3 workouts each week, with 8+ exercises per workout. These 3 workouts are repeated for two weeks, allowing you to improve, progress, and build your lower body.
After two weeks, you'll move on to 3 new workouts with new exercises, which will also be repeated for two weeks. This cycle continues for the final two weeks with 3 new workouts.
Once you've completed the final week, you'll start back at week 1 again, repeating the program every 6 weeks to keep challenging your muscles and tracking your progress.
Each workout includes between 8-12 exercises and is approximately 60 mins with the warm-up exercises, or 45 mins without the warm-up exercises.
